TOSA
2008 is a professional development opportunity designed to
provide teachers in grades 1-12 with hands-on experience in EE and in the
business and environmental aspects of forest product companies throughout
Western Washington. Using this experience, teachers develop lesson plans
and attend seminars with EE professionals as they prepare to apply their
summer experiences to their classrooms. A stipend is paid. Forty clock
hours and three college credits are available for this six-week
experience. After viewing the
job assignment
summary come see the
important TOSA
dates and the
application information.
As part of the six week assignment, teachers tour the forest products cycle. |
